Degas Pastel Society 20th Biennial National Exhibition

 Wonderful news! My painting “Comic Sphere Symphony” selected for the Degas Pastel Society 20th Biennial National Exhibition and won a Merit Award!! Many thanks to juror Lyn Asselta! She selected 103 pastel paintings from 501 images submitted by 196 artists. Congrats to all accepted artists!

DUST OFF - Pastel Guild of Europe’s Open Online Pastel Competition 2024

I am delighted to inform you that my paintings, “Cherished Playthings” and “Comic Sphere Symphony”, have been juried into the DUST OFF, Pastel Guild of Europe’s Pastel Competition 2024 Exhibition. Of the 377 paintings submitted by 114 artists, 230 were chosen by the esteemed judges Rita Kirkman, Mark Ivan Cole, Michele Ashby and Jerzy Moscicki after careful deliberation. I thank them deeply! Southeastern Pastel Society’s “Luminosity” 2024 Juried Virtual International Open Exhibition

 

I am pleased to share with you that “Royal Mystery” has been accepted for inclusion in the Southeastern Pastel Society’s “Luminosity” 2024 Juried Virtual International Open Exhibition. Thank you to Juror of Entries Corey Pitkin and to Southeastern Pastel Society! SPS received 634 paintings from 216 artists residing in 24 States in the US and in 14 other countries. 150 paintings have been selected and I feel honored that my work has been included. Congratulations to all who submitted and to those who have been selected!  I am excited to announce my 3rd solo exhibition with Abend Gallery, "Nostalgic Treasures: A Jurney Through Time".

It features a series of original new small works that delve into the rich tapestry of vintage and diverse subjects. Through my creations, I endeavor to transport viewers on a journey of exploration, delving into the emotional essence of each depicted subject and to arouse curiosity about the untold narratives it harbors, awakening reminiscences, fondness and a range of sentiments.

International Guild of Realism 17th Annual Juried Exhibition

 So delighted to be included in IGOR's 17th Annual Juried Exhibition with my painting “Boys”! It is exciting to be one of 95 chosen pieces out of over 450. 

The exhibit will take place at Sugarman-Peterson Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico from June 2^nd to June 26^th, 2023. Congrats to all who were accepted!
