4rth Pastel d'Opale International Biennial Exhibition

I feel proud and honored for my 4rth prize award, Pastels Blockx, in the 4rth International Pastel d’Opale in Saint Leonard, France with my “Love Boat”. So happy and honored to announce that my pastel painting “Joyful Memories of Childhood” has been juried into the International Guild of Realism’s Winter Salon International Online Exhibition. Thank you to the jury and congratulations to all other finalists!! I see many familiar names. There are artists from 20 countries including Canada, Norway, USA, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Philippines, Mexico, Greece, Australia, France, Thailand, UK, Spain, Hong Kong and India and a huge diversity of media including Acrylic, Watercolor, Oil, Soft Pastel, Colored Pencil, Graphite, Pastel, Ink, Tempera, Scratchboard and Gouache. The exhibition will run from March 20th to May 20th, 2020 on the IGOR website. It will be also listed on two additional major art websites including the brand new state of the art website of American Art Magazine and the new fine art retailer, QC Fine Arts. Winter Salon IGOR Awards will be announced by March 15th 2020.

21st Annual Pastel 100 Competition

I am excited to share with you that I have won an Honorable Mention in the Still Life category of the 21st Annual Pastel 100 with my pastel “Back in Time”!! Many thanks to the judge Kathy Hildebrandt! Of the 1500 paintings submitted, only 100 were chosen! Congratulations to all winners! Pure Color 2019

Thrilled and honored!! My pastels “Precious Memories” and “Would You Play with Me” were accepted into the Pastel Society of North Carolina “Pure Color”. Of the 853 paintings submitted, 150 were chosen by Deborah LaFogg to be in the show. Also I am so pleased that “Would You Play with Me” won 3rd place!!! Such wonderful surprise! IGOR's 14th International Annual Exhibition

So excited and honored that “Back in Time” was chosen to participate to IGOR’s 14th International Annual Exhibition hosted by beautiful Principle Gallery in Alexandria, Virginia!!
